A useful reference for the order
Model, material, colour, dimensions and artwork identify the version being supplied. Your representative gathers them with the sample decisions. That shared record gives production and packaging a reference without leaving details spread across separate messages.
Changes join the same record
When a pocket, label or packing arrangement changes, your contact updates the specification. The change is considered with the quantity and calendar, and you hear if it affects the planned date. The approved version remains the basis for the production order.
A buyer-appointed review can be arranged
Some programmes include review by the buyer or a nominated third party. We coordinate that request with the agreed version and calendar. Sampling plans and acceptance criteria belong to the particular programme, rather than a universal AQL or defect allowance assigned to every bag.
One contact stays with the order
Your representative remains involved through shipment arrangements. Sales manager Lisure can arrange a different contact if you prefer. The service is organised around keeping you informed, with the sales manager also overseeing sample progress.
