From the first idea
A design you can see, and a person you can talk to.
- A free visual before ordering
- Our designer can prepare a logo or design mockup on a suitable bag before you place an order. You can discuss the colour, position and details with your representative while the idea is taking shape.
- Samples prepared with care
- Your representative prepares the sample work, and the sales manager oversees progress. Stock samples take 7 days to prepare and custom samples take 15 days. Courier and approval time are added to the project plan.
- Thinking ahead with you
- Your representative follows the order from development through shipment. Warehouse carton requirements, destination holidays and document instructions are considered early, while there is time to arrange them with your team and forwarder.
- An update you can act on
- If a date is at risk, you hear from us the same day, with the available timing and cost options. A proposed change to the agreed bag comes back to you for a decision. The sales manager follows progress and helps with the next step.
Experience across markets
Different experience, shared care for your order.
These are areas each colleague knows especially well. You are welcome to discuss a project from any market.
- Lisure · Development and sales coordination
- Over ten years working across all 15 bag categories. Lisure helps with logo ideas, development from photos or sketches, and the first conversation about a new range. As sales manager, she also oversees order progress and helps coordinate the team.
- Ellen · Russia, the CIS and Eastern Europe
- Ellen is particularly familiar with promotional gift programmes and campaign dates. She brings careful decoration planning and proactive order updates to the conversation. Her customer service work was recognised with the factory’s 2025 customer service employee award.
- Summer · Spain and Latin America
- Summer has experience coordinating large orders across production lines and planning assortments around the way customers in these markets buy. She follows the schedule closely and shares changes that need attention. Her work was recognised with the factory’s 2023 employee award.
- Tina Liu · Brazil, Portugal and Portuguese-speaking Africa
- Seven years in export have given Tina Liu experience across development, production, documents and shipping. Brand ranges and mixed-category shipments are familiar parts of her work, with the details prepared as the project progresses.
Choosing a contact
You can start with Lisure.
For an English-language enquiry, Lisure is the sales manager and first point of contact. Write to info@feimabag.com or call +8615557990160. You can also visit any colleague’s profile to learn more about her experience.
For the Russian-language site, the contact is Ellen; for Spanish, Summer; and for Portuguese, Tina Liu. Each colleague serves customers worldwide.
If you would like a different representative on your order, write to Lisure. No explanation is needed. Your message about the change is not passed to the representative you are writing about.
Our team reviews service with one another, and customer care counts in our employee recognition. A useful answer, an update before you have to ask and a detail thought through in advance all matter here. Your experience with the person handling the order matters to us too.
