A clear proposal for your client
A photo, a sketch or a campaign idea is enough to start a conversation. Our designer can put the logo on a suitable bag before you place an order. Your representative brings the style, decoration and quantity together in a proposal you can discuss with your client.
The campaign date stays in view
We plan the sample, artwork approval, production and transport around the date you need the bags. Stock samples take 7 days to prepare and custom samples take 15 days; courier time is additional. Your contact follows the factory progress. If a date is at risk, you hear from us the same day, with the options for your programme.
Different bags for one programme
Backpacks, totes, drawstring bags, cosmetic pouches and cooler bags are all made within our 15-category range. You can coordinate several styles through one contact and combine categories in a shipment. Each style and colour keeps its own confirmed minimum and production details.
Support for your agency relationship
We work with promotional gift companies as customers. You keep the client conversation; we prepare the bag information, design options and order updates through your agency contact. We do not approach your end client. Brand artwork and any project confidentiality arrangements can be discussed before development starts.

Can I show my client a logo mockup?
Yes. Our designer can prepare a free mockup on a suitable style before you order. Your representative helps bring the style, decoration and quantity into a proposal.
Can several styles be part of one campaign?
Yes. The range covers 15 categories and several styles can be coordinated through one contact. The individual style and colour minimums still apply.
How do you plan around an event date?
We include sample preparation, artwork approval, production and transport in the schedule. Stock samples take 7 days to prepare and custom samples take 15 days, with courier and approval time added.

ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 are held at factory level. Available product and material reports describe their tested samples; we help you review the relevant files for your project.

A project from our history
85,000 clear bags for 14 US school districts.
In July 2022, a US promotional products company brought us a school-bag programme for districts in Georgia and Florida. The brief combined PVC and TPU models, Pantone-matched panels, ID fields and reinforced strap details.
Four production lines worked on the programme. The 85,000 bags shipped in four weeks and three days against a five-week deadline. Subsequent semester orders have been 40,000–60,000 pieces.
