Send a model, photograph or idea and the quantity you have in mind. Your salesperson helps prepare the material, branding and sample options.
- 7 days stock / 15 days custom
These are the sample preparation times; courier time is additional. We confirm the physical sample work and charges with you before starting.
- The production plan
The approved sample, quantity, materials and packing shape the schedule. Your salesperson prepares it carefully and the sales manager oversees progress.
Your order, followed through
Somebody bringing the details together.
- 01Before the sample
Your salesperson prepares the brief with care. The designer can show your logo and colours in a free visual, and the pattern room develops the physical sample from the agreed details.
- 02Through production
The approved sample and specifications stay with the order. Your salesperson follows progress with the factory, while the sales manager oversees the plan. If a date is at risk, you hear from us the same day.
- 03Preparing the shipment
Your contact coordinates the bags, labels, packing and shipping documents before dispatch, including mixed-category shipments. You can discuss the shipment details with the same person who follows your order.
