Terms of use
Last updated 30 September 2026. These terms cover the use of this website. Your quotation, approved sample and order agreement set out the commercial details for your purchase.
About the information on this site
Specifications, capacities, lead times and certification details are published in good faith and kept current as far as we reasonably can. Materials, tooling and supplier certificates change. Nothing on this website is a binding offer. The specification that governs your order is the one on the approved pre-production sample and the accepted proforma invoice.
Prices and quotations
Your quotation sets out the model, material, quantity, decoration, packing, delivery terms and validity period. Please refer to that quotation for the scope and costs of your order.
Intellectual property
Our identity and content. The FEIMA name, logo and original website copy belong to Jinhua Feima Bag Co., Ltd. Photographs on the site help you compare and select bags. If you would like images for your own catalogue or online listing, contact your salesperson so we can check the available files and their usage rights.
Yours. Designs, drawings, artwork and specifications you send us remain yours. Please tell us about confidentiality or exclusive-design arrangements before sharing restricted files. Your salesperson will help record the agreed scope for your project.
Third parties. Some photographs on this site show goods produced for brand owners through promotional gift companies and agencies. Brand marks in selected case photographs have been masked. Any trademark that remains visible belongs to its owner and its appearance here does not imply endorsement, partnership or authorisation. If you own a mark you believe appears on this site, write to info@feimabag.com and we will remove it.
Samples
Our designer prepares a free visual before an order. Physical sample charges, courier costs, revisions and any credit towards a bulk order are confirmed separately in the sample quotation before work begins. Stock sample preparation takes 7 days; custom sample preparation takes 15 days. Courier time is additional.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. We aim to reply within one working day. Your salesperson reviews the materials, construction and timing in your brief before confirming the scope of the work.
Liability
We do not accept liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of information published here. Arrangements concerning an actual order are set out in the agreement for that order. Please contact the salesperson handling your purchase if a matter needs attention.
