Bag MOQ and timing: a clear plan for your order

The model, colours and quantity belong beside the date you need the bags. Your representative brings those choices into one proposal, with sample preparation, production and shipment shown as separate stages.

Stock and custom minimums

Stock styles in available stock colours start at 500 pieces per model and colour. Custom versions start at 1,000 pieces per model and colour. You can keep an existing design or discuss changes to fabric, colour, artwork and construction. Your proposal lists each model and colour separately, so the first order is easy to review.

Several colours or several models

A collection may include one bag in two colours, or a backpack and matching pouch. Each version keeps its own quantity. For example, two custom colours at 1,000 pieces each and one stock item at 500 pieces make a 2,500-piece assortment. The individual minimums remain attached to those versions.

The sample preparation dates

7 days for a stock sample; 15 days for a custom sample. Courier time and your review are additional stages. Your sales representative prepares the sample carefully, with progress overseen by the sales manager. The sample page describes the physical development process.

The approved version is the production reference

Material, dimensions, colours, artwork and packaging are recorded with the confirmed sample. That reference keeps the order tied to the version you chose. If a detail changes, your contact brings it into the specification and discusses any effect on the calendar before the production arrangement is updated.

Production timing belongs to the actual order

The chosen construction, quantity and material preparation shape the production date. We plan backwards from when you need the bags, including transport, destination holidays and your warehouse receiving arrangements. Your representative records the agreed stages with the factory. A previous order’s completion time remains the record of that project; we prepare a calendar for your bag and quantity.

Packing and shipping have their own information

Pieces per carton, carton dimensions and the destination are included in shipment planning. Several categories can be combined in one order, with a packing record for each model. A combined delivery or a staged arrangement can be discussed with your contact; transport time is kept separate from sample and production time.

One contact keeps you informed

Your representative follows the work with the factory. If a date is at risk, we tell you the same day and explain the available options, including any extra cost or effect on delivery. That gives you time to choose the next step. You can also contact sales manager Lisure if you would prefer another representative; no explanation is needed.

Common questions

Questions about order quantities and timing.

Does the MOQ apply to the whole mixed order?

The minimum is 500 pieces for a stock model in a stock colour, or 1,000 pieces for a custom version, per model and colour. Combining categories in one shipment does not combine their minimums.

Does the sample time include delivery to me?

The 7-day stock and 15-day custom figures are preparation times. Courier transport and your sample review are additional stages in the calendar.

Who coordinates the order schedule?

Your named sales representative coordinates the specification, production and shipment with the factory and keeps you informed. The sales manager oversees progress as your representative follows the sample, production and shipment arrangements.
