What we collect
Information you send us. When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, company, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, country and the content of your message. We also record which page the enquiry came from, so we know what you were looking at.
Technical information. Serving a page or submitting a form involves technical information such as an IP address and browser details being received by the hosting or form provider.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and follow up on it. If you become a customer, to run the order: samples, production, shipping documents and after-sales.
We do not use your details for automated decision-making, and we do not build advertising profiles.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is delivered to our sales team by a third-party form service and by email. Where an order involves shipping, your delivery details are shared with the freight forwarder and customs broker handling that shipment. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anybody.
If your enquiry reaches us through an agent, importer or gift company, we treat the relationship as theirs. We do not approach their end client.
Questions about your records
For questions about the records held for your enquiry or order, contact info@feimabag.com. Any agreed arrangements for confidential project files are recorded with the project.
Your rights
Write to info@feimabag.com and you can ask us to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete it, or stop using it for anything except an order already in progress. Our team will review your request and reply to you.
Cookies
The website uses external font resources and a form service. Video players connect to YouTube when you choose to play a video. You can manage cookies and site permissions in your browser.
International transfers
We are based in China and our website is served from a global content delivery network. If you contact us from the EU, the UK or elsewhere, your information will be processed in China in order to answer you.
