OEM & ODM
OEM and ODM bag manufacturing
A complete specification is welcome. So is a photo or a first sketch. We help you choose a starting point and develop the details with our pattern room.
OEM from your design
Your drawing, specification or reference defines the project. We review the dimensions, materials, pockets and fittings with you before sample preparation. Your representative coordinates the design questions with the pattern room and keeps the agreed details together.
ODM from an existing style
You can start with one of our 730 catalogue bag styles and discuss changes to colours, fabric, pockets or branding. An existing style gives the conversation a concrete starting point. We explain which details can be adapted and confirm the development scope for the version you want.
A photograph can be enough to begin
If the idea is still taking shape, a photo or sketch helps us understand the look and intended use. The pattern room works through the construction, and our designer can prepare a free visual mockup. You can discuss the direction before arranging a physical sample. See the steps for developing a bag from a photo.
Bringing a collection together
We make 15 categories on one site, from backpacks and travel bags to totes and pouches. Several products can share colours, labels or a logo treatment while keeping their own useful features. One representative can coordinate the development across the range.
Sample preparation and project terms
Custom sample preparation takes 15 days; stock samples take 7 days. Courier time is additional. Sample fees, revisions, any special fittings and confidentiality arrangements are agreed for the project. Your representative follows the sample with the pattern room, and the sales manager supervises progress.
Planning beyond the sample
Your confirmed sample and agreed specifications provide the reference for production. We plan the quantity, packing and shipment around the date you need the bags. If a material, construction, logo or packing change is proposed, your representative explains its effect on timing and cost and brings the decision back to you before updating the order.

Common questions
Questions about OEM and ODM projects.
Can I begin with a photo rather than a technical drawing?
Yes. A photo or sketch gives the pattern room a starting point. Your representative helps work through the construction and agreed details with you.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM here?
OEM starts from your design and specifications. ODM starts from an existing catalogue style that you can discuss adapting in material, colour or details.
What quantities and sample times apply?
The standard minimum is 500 pieces for a stock style in a stock colour, or 1,000 for a custom version, per style and colour. Stock samples take 7 days to prepare; custom samples take 15 days. Courier time is additional. Special requirements are confirmed in the proposal.
Send a drawing, a photo, or just a sentence.
Share the model or idea, quantity and destination. We will help with the material, branding and sample options, then prepare the production plan around your order.
