FAQ
Your bag order, from the first idea to shipment.
A place to find the practical details before you write. If you already have a model or a project in mind, our team will help you put the next steps together.
Orders & minimums
What is the minimum order?
Stock styles in stock colours start at 500 pieces per style per colour. Custom builds start at 1,000 pieces per style per colour. Tell us which model interests you and we will prepare the available options.
Can I combine different types of bag?
Yes. Our 15 categories can be combined in one shipment. The minimum still applies to each style and colour; we help you put the quantities and packing together.
Can we start with an existing model?
Of course. You can choose an existing model, add your branding, or develop a different size and layout with our pattern room. We explain the route that fits your brief.
Samples & development
Can you work from a photograph or sketch?
Yes. A photograph, sketch or description is enough to begin the conversation. Our designer and pattern room work with your salesperson to turn the idea into a clear sample brief.
Can I see my logo on the bag first?
Our in-house designer prepares a free visual before you place an order. You can adjust the artwork and position together. The visual helps settle the design before a physical sample is made.
How long does sample preparation take?
A stock sample takes 7 days and a custom sample takes 15 days. Courier time is additional. Your salesperson prepares the details carefully and the sales manager oversees progress.
How are sample charges and revisions arranged?
We confirm the physical sample charge, courier arrangements and any further sample work before starting. The free design visual and the physical sample are separate stages.
Production & lead time
How is the production date confirmed?
We plan the run around the approved sample, quantity, materials and packing. Your salesperson prepares the schedule and the sales manager follows progress. The order documents record the agreed production and shipment dates.
What if my launch or event date is fixed?
Please include the date and destination in your first message. We look at sampling, production and transport together, then explain the available plan before you commit.
How will I hear about progress?
One salesperson follows your order from the first brief through shipment. If a date is at risk, we tell you the same day and explain the available options, including any extra cost or effect on delivery. You have the information to choose the next step.
Quality & order support
What is the reference for bulk production?
The approved sample and agreed specifications form the reference for your order. We bring the material, logo, construction and packing decisions together so the production team works from the same details.
Can my own team visit or inspect?
Buyer-appointed visits, audits and inspections are welcome. Your salesperson helps arrange the timing and prepares the order information for the people you appoint.
Who do I contact if something needs attention?
Contact the salesperson handling your order with the model, order details and photographs. The sales manager can also help review the matter and agree the next steps under your order terms.
Certifications & compliance
Which factory certifications does Feima hold?
Feima holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 at factory level. Certificates are available on request. These describe the factory management systems; product and material reports are listed separately.
Where can I see the material and product reports?
The certifications page contains original PDFs with their report numbers and dates, including REACH reports and the 2017 EN 71-1 and EN 71-2 report for a toy storage bag. Each file describes the sample tested. Our team can help identify the relevant files for your project.
Can you help with documents for a cooler or lunch bag?
Yes. Tell us the lining and intended use. We review the available material documents with you, including the sample description, date and test items, before confirming which files relate to your chosen version.
Can you help with the document requirements for our market?
Yes. Share the destination, intended use and any requirements from your buying team. We review the available documents alongside the chosen materials and record any further arrangements in the project brief.
Logistics & service
Can you prepare retail labels and packing?
We discuss your logo, labels, barcode information and carton requirements with the bag itself. Please send your packing brief with the product details so they can be arranged together.
What shipping options can we discuss?
EXW, FOB and DDP options can be discussed for your route. Your quotation confirms the named location, packing, transport arrangements and what is included.
Who handles English and the other website languages?
Lisure is the main English contact, Ellen handles the Russian site, Summer the Spanish site and Tina the Portuguese site. All four serve customers worldwide and bring experience of different markets and order types.
Can I ask for a different salesperson?
Yes. Write to sales manager Lisure if you would prefer another person to handle your account. You do not need to explain why. Your message about the change is not passed to the person you are writing about.
Your order, followed through
Somebody bringing the details together.
- 01Before the sample
Your salesperson prepares the brief with care. The designer can show your logo and colours in a free visual, and the pattern room develops the physical sample from the agreed details.
- 02Through production
The approved sample and specifications stay with the order. Your salesperson follows progress with the factory, while the sales manager oversees the plan. If a date is at risk, you hear from us the same day.
- 03Preparing the shipment
Your contact coordinates the bags, labels, packing and shipping documents before dispatch, including mixed-category shipments. You can discuss the shipment details with the same person who follows your order.
Send a drawing, a photo, or just a sentence.
Share the model or idea, quantity and destination. We will help with the material, branding and sample options, then prepare the production plan around your order.
