Bag materials, chosen for the whole design
The outside sets the look, the inside organises the contents, and the trim brings the details together. We work on them as one design, whether you begin with a catalogue model or a new idea.
Begin with the shape and contents
A folded backpack, canvas tote and travel bag ask different things of their material and pattern. The opening, base and pocket arrangement give the discussion a product context. A photo, sketch or the dimensions of the items to be carried can begin the brief. Our pattern room then develops the chosen layout with you.
Describe the actual outer fabric
Nylon, polyester and canvas are material options across the range. Each can be supplied in different constructions or finishes. Denier and ounce weight help identify a selected fabric. Your quotation and sample specification keep that fabric, its finish and the bag construction together, so you can review the proposed version before sampling.
The interior has its own job
A work backpack can organise accessories in pockets; a cosmetic pouch can hold one small kit; a lunch bag follows its containers. Lining colour, dividers and inside pockets are developed around that use. They can coordinate with the outside while retaining the arrangement that belongs to the particular model.
Colour and artwork can be considered together
The designer prepares a free image with your logo and proposed colour before the order. A large print, embroidered detail or small label gives the surface a different presentation. Trim, zip and handle colours can be shown beside the mark, and the arrangement can be revised with your team.
A material file stays with its scope
Feima’s published material reports describe the submitted samples and results recorded in those files. Your contact checks the available documents against the selected components and intended use. The documentation guide explains how those reports differ from factory certificates.
Bring the choices into the physical sample
The agreed model, fabric, lining and decoration form the sample specification. Stock samples take 7 days to prepare; custom samples take 15 days, with courier time additional. Your sales representative prepares the sample with care and the sales manager oversees progress. The confirmed sample becomes the reference for production.
A collection can share a palette
A tote and backpack can use a coordinated colour while keeping their own fabrics, linings and openings. Each item receives its own specification and packing details. Since Feima makes 15 categories in one factory, your representative can coordinate those pieces in the same order and shipment.

Common questions
Questions about bag materials.
Can I begin before choosing the fabric?
Yes. A photo, sketch or selected model gives the pattern room a starting point. We can discuss the outer fabric, lining and details with your intended use.
Can different bags share a colour scheme?
Yes. The designer can show a coordinated palette while each model keeps its own material and layout. The selected choices are recorded separately for each item.
How is the material choice brought into the sample?
The agreed model, fabric, lining and decoration form the sample specification. Stock samples take 7 days and custom samples 15 days to prepare; courier time is additional.
