Your brief gives the bag its shape
Share the school or venue specification, a reference bag or a sketch. Your representative works through the dimensions, opening, straps and any areas that need to stay clear with the pattern room. Permitted coloured panels and printed details are considered for that particular programme.
PVC and TPU for the selected design
We can discuss PVC and TPU options for the bag you want to make. The selected film, thickness, finish and construction stay together in the proposal. A swatch or physical sample brings the clarity, feel, seams and carrying arrangement into view; quotations can compare the material options for the same design and quantity.
Experience with 14 school districts
In July 2022, we worked with a Top-50 ASI promotional products company on an 85,000-bag project for 14 school districts in Georgia and Florida. The district briefs included different materials, colour references and student ID details. Your agency keeps the customer relationship, while your Feima contact coordinates the product choices with the factory.

A school crest, team mark or sponsor logo can be considered alongside the transparent panels and trim. Our designer prepares a free visual mockup before ordering. You can see the placement and colours together, then discuss the selected decoration and any ID field with your representative.
A sample and schedule for this order
Standard minimums start at 500 pieces per stock style and colour or 1,000 pieces per custom style and colour. Availability and special material or development needs are confirmed in the quotation. Stock samples take 7 days to prepare and custom samples take 15 days; courier and approval time are additional. Your representative coordinates the sample, production, packing and shipment around your required arrival date, with the sales manager overseeing progress.
Documents connected to the chosen version
Share your programme’s document request with the material and design brief. Your contact reviews the available reports against the selected components and intended use; each report retains its submitted sample, tests and date. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 are held at factory level, separate from the product and material reports. The agreed sample and specifications remain the reference for your order.
