Stock or custom preparation
Stock sample preparation takes 7 days. Custom sample preparation takes 15 days. Courier and approval time are additional. Your representative prepares the sample with care, and the sales manager oversees progress.
A free visual before the physical sample
Our designer can prepare a free mockup for a logo or design idea before you place an order. A photo, sketch or selected model gives us a starting point. You can discuss the colour, placement and details with your representative before the sample is made.
The sample scope agreed with you
We confirm the style, material, colour and details that the sample will show. Sample fees, courier arrangements and any revision costs are discussed before work begins. If you want to adjust the design after seeing it, your contact reviews the next step with the development team.
Keeping the project moving
Your representative keeps the sample decisions and updates together. The confirmed sample and specifications provide the reference for production. We bring the order quantity, packing and shipment into the plan, with your required arrival date part of the conversation as the project moves forward.
