The arch is a natural place to build a collection colour scheme. We can work through its border, zip tape and small emblem with you, keeping the proportions consistent as the surrounding body colours change.
The shape and layout
A pale arched panel gives FG-160 a recognisable two-tone front. The nylon school backpack measures 34 × 26 × 12 cm, with a main zip around the curved top and a second zip across the lower front.
The lower pocket follows the body outline instead of projecting as a separate box. A short light-coloured loop and matching shoulder straps carry the colour contrast through to the back of the bag.
Choosing a format
FG-158 uses crossed cord lacing, mesh side pockets and a stronger contrast between the front pouch and grey body. FG-160 has the cleaner arched-panel layout, for customers who prefer fewer exterior details.

Is the lower pocket a separate box on the front?
The lower horizontal zip is integrated into the front outline beneath the pale arched panel. It gives this model a flatter-looking front than a projecting box pocket.
How can we customise the arched front design?
The panel border, zip tape and small emblem offer connected choices. We can carry one treatment across several body colours so the collection still looks related.
What is the minimum for FG-160?
500 pieces for the stock version and 1000 for custom development, per style per colour. We can include other bag categories in the same order.
How long does a sample take?
7 days for a stock sample and 15 days for a custom sample. Courier time is additional. Your sales representative will prepare your sample with care, and the sales manager will oversee its progress.
