Ellen, Sales representative at Jinhua Feima Bag

Sales representative · Russia & CIS

Hello — I am Ellen.

I work with customers worldwide and am especially familiar with Russia, the CIS and Eastern Europe. Promotional gift programmes are a familiar part of my work: a campaign idea, a logo and an event date that all need to come together. I help prepare the product details and keep you informed as the order moves forward.

“I like the update to reach you before you have to ask.”

What I handle

The work that lands on my desk.

Straight to my desk

Tell me what you are making.

Send the model or a reference photograph, the quantity and your preferred date. I will prepare the product and material options, and help you plan the sample and order. The sales manager follows progress with me.

  • A free mock-up first — our own designer puts your logo on the bag, and renders it where that helps, before there is any order
  • OEM to your drawing, or ODM from a pattern we already own
  • 500 pieces from a stock colour, 1,000 fully custom
  • Screen print, embroidery, foil, woven label, leather patch
  • Barcodes, hang tags and retail cartons applied at the factory
How many do you want to import? MOQ 500 *

Stock styles and stock colours start at 500 pieces per style and colour. Custom builds start at 1,000. Share the range you have in mind and we can prepare the options together.

It comes to me, not to a shared inbox. You get one reply written by me — no newsletter, no follow-up sequence.

Why buyers hand me the order

The update reaches you before the next question.

I have worked on marathon drawstring bags, licensed foldable bags and accessory pouches for promotional programmes. The agency has a client to answer to. I want our updates to make that part of your work easier.

  • An update before you chase it

I keep in touch with the workshop and share the steps that matter to your project: sample progress, production and shipment arrangements. If a date is at risk, I tell you the same day and explain the available options. This attention to customers was recognised with Feima’s 2025 customer service award.

  • The event already has a date

A marathon or a campaign has its own calendar. I bring that date into the first discussion, including time for artwork decisions, the sample and transport. We prepare a plan for the actual bag and quantity, so you can see the stages before committing to the order.

  • Something clear to show your client

A woven label, hot-stamped mark or printed panel can change the feel of a promotional bag. I work through the artwork and material with the team, and our designer prepares a free visual. You have an image to discuss with your client before the decoration goes into a sample.

  • What we learned stays with the project

I keep a record of the issues we encountered and how they were resolved, alongside the agreed artwork and packing. When you come back for another order, that experience is part of our starting point. You can tell me what to keep and what you want to change for the next programme.

My colleagues.

Between us we cover Russia and the CIS, Spain and Latin America, Brazil and Portugal, and the English-speaking trade. Whoever you write to, the factory behind us is the same one, and so is the answer you get on a date.

Send a drawing, a photo, or just a sentence.

Share the model or idea, quantity and destination. We will help with the material, branding and sample options, then prepare the production plan around your order.

Feima has made bags in Jinhua since 1995. A salesperson prepares your project details, and the sales manager oversees progress.
