How are factory certificates and product reports different?
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 describe the factory management systems. The material and product PDFs describe their tested samples, with report numbers and dates in the original files.
Which files can we review together?
Available documents include REACH reports, the 2017 EN 71-1 and EN 71-2 report for toy storage bag TCS-046, and reports for other named samples. Your salesperson helps review their dates, sample descriptions and test items against the material and use in your brief.
Can our buying team provide a document list?
Yes. Share the destination, intended use and your buying team’s document or audit arrangements. We review them with the product brief and coordinate any further work with you.
