Sales · Brazil & Portugal
Hello — I am Tina.
I serve customers worldwide and am especially familiar with Brazil, Portugal and Portuguese-speaking Africa. Seven years in export have taken me through development, production, documents and shipment planning. I enjoy bringing a brand range together and keeping its product and shipping details connected.

What I handle
The work that lands on my desk.
Customers worldwide, with regional experience
I welcome projects from every market and know Brazil, Portugal, Angola and Mozambique especially well. I begin with the range you want to offer and the order arrangements you already have, then help coordinate the product and shipping details.
A collection with a connected look
A backpack, tote and pouch can share colours, labels or a logo treatment while serving different uses. I help develop those details with the pattern room and designer. A free visual mockup can show the direction before physical samples are arranged.
Several categories in one shipment
Our 15-category range lets you bring different bag types into the same order. I review the selected styles, individual minimums and packing with you. The shipment plan follows the assortment you want to build.
The sample and specifications kept together
I bring the agreed material, features and brand details into the sample brief. Stock preparation takes 7 days and custom preparation takes 15 days, with courier and approval time added. The confirmed sample and specifications provide the reference for production.
Documents prepared as part of the order
I coordinate the goods description, packing information and shipment instructions with you. Where your broker provides a product code or specific wording, we include those agreed details in the document discussion before shipment. This work stays alongside the product plan.
Arrangements discussed with you
Payment or delivery stages can be reviewed for the particular order. I discuss the proposal with you and the sales manager and confirm the agreed arrangement before work proceeds. Your contact stays with the project as the different stages move forward.

WhatsApp TinaWhy buyers hand me the order
From the first pattern to the shipping documents.
Seven years in export have taken me through development, production, documents and shipment. For a brand collection, I like to think about the next stage while we are working on this one: the label with the design, the carton with the assortment, the paperwork with the shipment.
From the first sketch to the shipment plan
A backpack, tote and pouch can belong to one collection and still need different interiors and materials. I work with the designer and pattern room on the shared colours and labels, then follow the separate samples and specifications. The collection keeps its identity as the individual pieces move into production.
Paperwork prepared alongside the goods
For a Brazil-bound order, I discuss the goods description with the NCM code and wording your customs broker provides. Consignee details and packing information are prepared with the shipment. Bringing those instructions into the order early gives us time to resolve wording questions before the goods leave.
Care for the details you have agreed
The lining, zip and label can be small details that your customers recognise. I keep them tied to your approved sample. If a change is proposed, I explain the choice and bring it back to you before updating the specification. You can stay involved in the brand decisions without following every workshop conversation yourself.
A plan for the range you want
I can help put three or four categories into one shipment, with a clear packing record for each model. If staged delivery or a different payment arrangement would suit the programme, we can review it with the sales manager against what the factory can support. The agreed arrangement is recorded before we proceed.
