The shape of the bag and the fittings you choose set the development work. We review those details with the pattern room and explain what your project needs.
Starting from an existing shape
Our catalogue has 730 bag styles across 15 categories. An existing body and familiar fittings can offer a practical starting point for a new brand or range. You can discuss changes to fabric, colour and details before deciding how much new development is needed.
Developing your own pattern
A photo, sketch or specification helps the pattern room understand the intended shape, dimensions and features. Your representative discusses the questions with you and agrees the sample scope. Custom sample preparation takes 15 days once the details are agreed; courier time is additional.
Special fittings and brand details
A particular buckle, zipper pull, rubber patch or metal plate may need separate development. We review the selected fitting and confirm any setup cost, supplier minimum and preparation time in the proposal. Standard fittings can also be discussed as an alternative appearance.
The costs agreed before work starts
Sample work, pattern changes and any special mould or tooling are reviewed for the actual design. Your contact explains the quoted scope and follows progress with the sales manager. Free visual mockups are available when you are exploring the logo or overall direction.
