Clear backpacks for your school district programme
Each school programme starts with its own brief. We help bring the required size, transparent areas, material and printed details into a design you can review.
The district brief is the starting point
You may already have a specification, a reference bag or a list of details from the district. Your representative brings those requirements to the pattern room. We review the dimensions, pockets, straps and any areas that need to stay transparent as part of that particular design.
Colour and student ID details
A school crest, student ID field, coloured binding or base panel can each be discussed when your brief allows it. Our designer can prepare a free visual mockup so you can see the placement and colour together. The agreed details then become part of the physical sample.
Experience with a multi-district project
In July 2022 we worked with a Top-50 ASI promotional products company on an 85,000-bag project for 14 school districts in Georgia and Florida. The briefs included different material choices, colour references and student ID details. That experience is useful when several district specifications need to be coordinated in one programme.
The selected material in a sample
PVC and TPU options can be reviewed against the material and construction requirements in your brief. A sample lets you see the selected film, seams, opening and strap arrangement together. We discuss the actual material information and any supporting documents relevant to that selection.
An order plan for your arrival date
Your representative prepares the sample work, and the sales manager oversees progress. Stock samples take 7 days to prepare and custom samples take 15 days. Courier, approval, production and transport are included in the project discussion around your required arrival date. Standard minimums are 500 pieces per stock style and colour or 1,000 per custom style and colour, with availability and special material needs confirmed in the quotation.
