Dimensions from your venue brief
If the brief specifies a maximum size, permitted coloured areas or another design detail, your representative reviews that information with the pattern room. We confirm the intended dimensions for the sample in the units your project uses. The design is prepared for that brief rather than described as universally suitable for every venue.
The logo within the design
A team mark, sponsor logo or event artwork can be considered with the clear panels and coloured trims. Our designer can prepare a free visual mockup before ordering. You can discuss the print position and size, and we review suitable decoration options for the selected material.
A proposal for your agency or programme
We work with promotional gift companies as customers. Your representative can help bring the bag style, artwork, quantity and packing into a proposal for the programme. A reference photo or existing bag is welcome when you want to explain the look you have in mind.
A material choice you can see
PVC and TPU can be discussed for the selected shape and construction. We review the available material information and prepare the agreed sample so you can see the opening, seams and decoration together. Quotes for the two material options can be compared for the same design and quantity.
The event date kept in view
We plan sample preparation, artwork decisions, production and transport around your required arrival date. Stock samples take 7 days to prepare and custom samples take 15 days, with courier and approval time added. Your representative follows the work, and the sales manager oversees progress. Standard minimums are 500 pieces per stock style and colour or 1,000 per custom style and colour, confirmed against the actual selection.
